Dr. Jeff Crotts - Senior Pastor

Jeff Crotts was raised in a Christian family in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He became a Christian at the age of 17 and at 18 sensed the call to preach. He began his formal pastoral training at Liberty University and continued it at The Master’s Seminary. He has taken a variety of ministry internships and has been mentored by Pastor Lance Quinn, former personal assistant to Pastor John McArthur. Jeff has associate pastoral experience overseeing young adults, Children's Ministry, and Biblical Counseling Ministry. He also served in a regular preaching rotation at the Bible Church of Little Rock and taught in one of the adult fellowship classes. His desire for his life has been to serve as a “senior preaching pastor of a local church: expositing Scripture on a weekly basis, shepherding, evangelizing a local community, training men and developing spiritual leaders to serve within the body and for the purpose of missions.”
Jeff met his wife Judy, originally from Maine, who majored in Biblical Counseling and English at The Master’s College, in 1994. They married in 1997 and currently have 6 children. She is a treasured partner in ministry and a strong supporter of Jeff’s calling. He was ordained by The Bible Church of Little Rock in 1999 and holds a National Association of Nouthetic Counselors Level II Certification.
